Since 2018, KCK.Outdoor has been a dedicated outdoor furniture manufacturer focused on exporting high-quality yet affordable products to partners worldwide. We believe everyone deserves access to durable, well-designed outdoor furniture — and we have built our business around making that possible.
Our range spans sofas, coffee tables, dining tables, dining chairs, lounge chairs, bar tables, bar stools, swings, and more — each engineered for commercial-grade performance and shipped efficiently to hospitality, retail, and design clients across global markets. Materials & Craft
From powder-coated aluminum frames to hand-woven all-weather rope, quick-dry foam, and solution-dyed Sunbrella® fabrics — every material is selected for enduring beauty and uncompromising outdoor performance.
Production & Quality Control
Every KCK.Outdoor piece is produced under a vertically integrated workflow — from CNC aluminium framing and hand-weaving to in-house upholstery and a multi-stage QC gate before container loading.
In-house Manufacturing
From aluminium framing and in-house upholstery to a multi-stage QC gate, production is handled in our own facility for full control over tolerances and finish consistency.
Certified & Compliant
Manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001 and independently verified by SGS and TÜV. Products meet international fire-safety standards — CFR 1633 (US), BS 7177 and BS 5852 (UK) — with fabric and foam complying with the BS 5852 fire-retardant standard.
QC at Every Gate
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and a final pre-shipment audit protect every shipment — with full inspection reports available for project tenders.
