What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product category and customization level. For standard collection items, typical MOQs start from 20–50 units per model; fully custom ODM projects are quoted case by case. Contact our trade team for a tailored quotation.
What are your production lead times?
Standard collection items usually ship within 30–45 days after deposit confirmation. Custom ODM projects typically require 45–70 days including prototyping and bulk production. We provide a firm production schedule at order confirmation.
What materials do you use?
Our core materials are marine-grade aluminium, FSC-certified teak, sintered stone tabletops, UV-stable all-weather rope, and Quick Dry Foam cushions with solution-dyed outdoor fabrics. Every material is selected for weather resistance and longevity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. Our logistics team handles export documentation, container loading, and destination-port coordination.
What certifications do your products meet?

What warranty do you provide?
